ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address and applicable laws. An estimated tax will appear in your shopping bag; the exact amount will be shown at checkout.
In your shopping bag, click “Add Promotional Code.”
Enter the code and click apply — your order summary will update to reflect the discount. Only one promo code may be applied per order.
Yes. Shipping promotions vary throughout the year. Current offers may include complimentary U.S. delivery and returns on orders over $100

After signing in, you can update your contact information, shipping addresses, and communication preferences in your account settings.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. Tracking updates will appear once UPS scans your package.

Yes. All U.S. orders ship via UPS and require an adult signature upon delivery for security reasons.
Please note:
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Orders require 1–2 business days for processing.
- Delivery times vary by location and shipping method.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. During holidays or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return eligibility varies based on item type, sale status, and delivery date.
Returns are generally processed within 7–10 business days after arrival at our facility. Depending on your bank, refunds may take one billing cycle to appear.
Yes, U.S. customers may take online returns to any St. John Boutique with the original packing slip and original form of payment.
(Outlet and authorized retailer purchases must be returned to the channel where purchased.)

We strive for accuracy across all product details, pricing, and availability. However, occasional errors or omissions may occur. St. John reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies — even after an order is placed — and update information without prior notice.
Yes. If an item you purchased is marked down within 7 days of your order date, we will happily adjust the price upon request.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Please note: If the adjustment brings the discount to 40% off or more, the item becomes Final Sale and ineligible for return.
Due to international trade regulations and state laws, some materials — such as exotic skins or flammable items like fragrance — have shipping limitations. For questions on restricted items, please contact clientservices@sjk.com.
Yes. We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your item needs repair, please email clientservices@sjk.com with photos so our team can evaluate options.
All St. John alterations and repairs are facilitated through our Boutiques. A Wardrobe Specialist will assist with paperwork, pricing, and evaluation.
If you’re not near a Boutique, an authorized retailer may send the garment in on your behalf.
Most St. John knitwear should be dry-cleaned. Care instructions are located on each garment’s label.
