Every package includes a prepaid return label for your convenience.

*Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns of full-price merchandise under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery (gowns within 10 days).
  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, with all tags attached.
  • Jewelry must include all protective materials.
  • Return form must be fully completed and included in the package.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Final Sale:

Merchandise discounted 40% off or more, Outlet items, masks, or any product marked “Final Sale” online or in your cart is not eligible for return or exchange.

All returns are inspected upon receipt. St. John reserves the right to decline items that do not meet policy requirements. Purchases from other retailers cannot be returned to STJOHNKNITS.COM.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order at stjohnknits.com.

 

Price Matching & Adjustments

Price Match:

Must provide a valid link to the competitor’s product. Item must be available on both sites. Call Client Services at 877-750-1171.

 

Price Adjustments:

Available within 7 days of purchase if an item is marked down. Adjustments apply only to online purchases and are refunded to the original payment method.

  • Items reduced to 40% off or more after adjustment are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned.
  • Price adjustments are not offered on limited-time sales, final sales, or special promotions.

 

 

Returns to Boutiques

  • Regular-price items: refunded to the original payment method.
  • Sale items: FINAL SALE.
  • Gift returns: eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund to the original payment method.
  • Outlets and Authorized Retailers cannot accept online returns.

 

 

Returns by Mail (U.S.)

  1. Pack your items in original condition (use original box/materials if possible).
  2. Include completed return form.
  3. Attach the prepaid UPS label (remove old labels).
  4. Drop off at any UPS location.

Processing: Allow 5–7 business days for delivery, up to 10 business days for processing, and one billing cycle for refunds to post. International Returns Returns accepted within 30 days of order date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, with all tags (jewelry must include protective materials). Refunds issued for merchandise only; shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Return shipping cost is deducted from refund. No exchanges or price adjustments on international orders.
