We hope that you love your St John purchase, but we understand if your items do not work out. We would be happy to help assist you with a return. Your SJK online orders can be sent back to us, through our online portal, or through one of our St. John Boutiques.
Start a return online
- Visit https://returns.stjohnknits.com/ to initiate your return and print a prepaid UPS return label.
- Securely Package your item(s) with the original packaging and invoice inside.
- Once labeled, please drop your return off at any authorized UPS location.

SJK Online Return Policy
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be in original condition. (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached).
- Regular priced items will be refunded to the original form of payment unless otherwise established by our Customer Care Team.
- Final Sale Items purchased (all sale items), are not eligible for return.
- Jewelry must be sent in its original packaging, with all protective materials intact.
- Expedited shipping fees are nonrefundable.
- All returns are subject to inspection. Our St. John returns team reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
- Please kindly note that items purchased out our St. John Outlets or Authorized Retailers must be returned to the store in which they were purchased.
Boutique Purchases
Items purchased at St John boutique must e returned to one of our store locations. Find your nearest boutique at stjohnknits.com/boutiques
Exchanges
