FALL 2026

HUMBERTO LEON

HUMBERTO LEON

Appointed Creative Director

With Humberto Leon as Creative Director, St. John enters a new chapter — rooted in nearly 65 years of history, embracing what’s next.

Leon co-founded Opening Ceremony and spent eight years redefining KENZO as joint creative director, building a career at the intersection of fashion, culture, art, and community. His work spans collaborations with Chloë Sevigny, Adidas, Disney, and Fossil; costume design for New York City Ballet; and the interiors of his own LA restaurants, Chifa, Monarch, and Arroz & Fun.

The fit is organic — a shared California sensibility, a reverence for craft, and a belief in clothing that feels as good as it looks. Drawing from the St. John archives, Humberto brings fresh expression to the house’s signatures: knitwear, sport and jewelry.

Ms. Tina Knowles

For the launch of the Fall 2026 Capsule Collection, Ms. Tina Knowles was an undeniable choice. A longtime admirer and wearer of St. John, she embodies the confidence, creativity, and individuality that have always defined the women of the House. A designer, philanthropist, entrepreneur, and author of the number one New York Times bestseller Matriarch, Ms. Knowles has built a life around self expression, generational strength, and the transformative power of style. Her first campaign for St. John feels both deeply personal and entirely natural as the House enters its next chapter under Humberto Leon.
