Order Processing:

• You will receive email updates throughout your order process, including a confirmation email once your order is placed and a second email when your order ships.
• Your shipping confirmation email will include a Global-e tracking number, which you can use to follow your package from shipment to delivery.
• Once an international order has been placed, it cannot be modified.

Payment Options:

• Payment Option will vary depending on the destination country. Payment methods will be displayed on the Order Review page.
• To place an international order, the credit card country, billing address, and shipping destination country must all match.

Duties and Taxes:

• Taxes, duties, and customs fees are calculated at checkout using our international checkout partner, Global-e.
• The exact amount charged depends on the items in your order and the rates set by your local government.
• All applicable duties, taxes, and tariffs are collected at checkout, so there are no surprise charges later.
• You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
• In some countries, duties and taxes are already included in the item price, and no separate charges will appear at checkout.

Shipping Rates:

• International shipping rates vary by destination and are based on where your order is being delivered.
• Shipping costs are also determined by the shipping method selected and the total weight of your order.
• Your total shipping cost, along with any applicable taxes and duties, will be clearly displayed at checkout.
• You’ll be able to review all charges before submitting your order, with no hidden fees.

Shipping:

• Your shipping confirmation email will include a Global-e tracking number, which you can use to follow your package from shipment to delivery.
• We will ship your package with DHL Express International Shipping
• Once shipped DHL will take 7-10 business days to deliver, however please do kindly note that delays during customs processing delays are outside of SJK control, and sometime unavoidable.

International Returns Process:

• Your SJK online orders can be sent back to us, through our international return portal.

• Please kindly note that international returns will be delivered back to our warehouse in 7-10 business days.
• Once delivered our returns team will process the return and issue a full refund back to your original form of payment.
• Depending on your financial institution it can taken up to 10 business days for the refund to post back into your account.

Canada Orders:

Canadian shoppers are eligible for a full refund of Duties & Taxes on returned orders.
